I N T H I S I S S U E I’d say I am moderately superstitious. I always knock on wood, but I’m unbothered by the number thirteen. A broken mirror makes me feel unsettled, but a black cat in my path just makes me smile. So, is my trepidation to say “things are finally starting to feel a bit normal,” superstitious or steeped in experience? My moderate superstition would indicate it’s a mix of both. Regardless, it is time to applaud all our wins—be it a vacation, a sale, or a new acquaintance.We are grateful that real estate has continued to thrive; there has been no shortage of connecting Realtors to buyers and sellers and their new safe havens.
